3.1.Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) buying is a simple two-step process :
Step 1: Submit your DSC form and documents
Disclaimer - Buyers/Customers are advised to send their Demand Drafts/Pay Orders towards their fee for Digital Signature Certificate of the exact amount as mentioned/displayed. If the amount of such Demand Drafts/Pay Orders are in excess of the amount as mentioned in our website, WOC shall not be in a position to refund and entertain any complaint pertaining to this. WOC shall not be held responsible and liable for all such cases. The DSC issued is a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate – Organisation certificate valid for 2 Years.
DSC Price: Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate – Organisation 2 years validity DSC fees will be Rs. ___________.
Following procedure is to be followed:
User has to registered with WOC before buying a digital certificate
Registered users need to download the "DSC form" and take a print of the DSC form
Download the "Authorization Letter" and take a print of the authorization letter
DSC fees should be in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order, drawn in favour of "STRATMONT COAL AND COMMODITY PRIVATE LIMITED" payable at Mumbai
Send the filled up DSC form, necessary documents mentioned, fees and authorization letter to the below given address
Duly mark the envelope as "APPLICATION FOR DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE" & send it to the below mentioned address.

Despatching of DSC application received with proper documents will be done on first come first serve basis, subjected to availability of DSC e-tokens.
Step 2 - Receipt of DSC and e-token
On successful enrolment your DSC is ready for use
DSC kit containing one CD and one e-token/pen-drive will be delivered to you
Enrolled DSC will be pre-enabled in www.worldofcoal.com which can be verified by the user login
Special Note:
You are requested to approach us within 5 working days from the receipt of DSC e-token and CD from us in case of any issues with the e-token or CD. Any issue raised beyond 5 working days will not be entertained.

LOST DSC Clause:
In case you have purchased DSC from us & the whole DSC kit containing CD & e-token has been lost then you need to do the following:
a) Send us a proper FIR copy & application letter for DSC deletion
b) Send us all set of papers along with fees of Rs. _______ for a fresh DSC application
We will treat your case as a lost case & hence a fresh DSC kit containing CD, e-token & certificate will be issued to you on first come first serve basis from the date of receipt of the case.

iv.Payment - Post validation by our team, Bank processes the request and makes payment to coke plant
v.Payback - Customer lifts materials and makes payment to bank within the due date, failing which customer will not be allowed to participate in auctions

i.Minimum 3 years of association with WOC
ii.50% of the total coal purchases via WOC
iii.Positive profit-after-tax (PAT) atleast for the last 3 years
iv.Customer can either be a manufacturer, dealer or trader
